Commemoration of the Martyrdom of Lady Khadija (PBUH) Held at Al-Jawadain Hussainiya with Wide Attendance

Karbala – Al-Jawadain Hussainiya hosted a mourning ceremony marking the martyrdom anniversary of the Mother of the Believers, Khadija bint Khuwaylid (peace be upon her), with a large gathering of believers in attendance to honor her legacy and pivotal role in supporting the early Islamic mission.
The ceremony commenced with the recitation of Du’a Al-Tawassul, creating a spiritually reflective atmosphere as attendees prayed for the fulfillment of their needs and the acceptance of their deeds. Eulogies highlighted Lady Khadija’s enduring contributions and her distinguished status in Islamic history as a model of sacrifice, steadfastness, and generosity.
Organizers affirmed that commemorating such occasions forms part of ongoing religious programs aimed at reinforcing spiritual values and deepening awareness of influential Islamic figures, thereby strengthening community identity.
The ceremony concluded with collective supplications, asking God to accept the mourning gathering and reward all participants.
